Aspiring board game creators.
We are aspiring board game creators from the Czech Republic. We founded a small family business in 2022 to bring our very first game Rusties into the hands of players. Our goal is to create games that have game mechanics working with the theme naturally so players immediately understand most rules in the game. We will focus on family-friendly games from casual to slightly more complex games that both kids and experienced players can enjoy together.
Before starting a company we have read many valid reasons discouraging people from founding a company just to release board games. In the end, we have chosen the painful and significantly more challenging path to release the game ourselves rather than just designing the game.
If we ever find some free time (hopefully we will) we will post short blog posts about how that works for and against us 🙂
